The blend brings together Arabica and Robusta beans sourced from Central America and South East Asia, medium roasted to coax out warm notes of almond and honey. Decaffeination is carried out using the natural CO₂ method, in which pure carbon dioxide gently lifts the caffeine from the beans whilst protecting the oils and aromatic compounds that give the coffee its flavour.
